Enrique Paez

Enrique Paez has over 15 years of experience in roles across Norway, Mexico, New Zealand, U.S.A and currently Spain, where he serves as Sports Psychologist for Malaga C.F.’s Academy. Before arriving in Spain Enrique was First Team Coach at Ready Football, Assistant Coach at Skeid Football, and Coach at Vålerenga I.F. ‘s Academy in Norway. ‍Enrique holds a UEFA-A coaching license from the Norwegian Football Federation as well as licenses from the English Football Association and the United States Soccer Federation. His academic background features a Master of Sports Science in Coaching and a Bachelor of Psychology from the University of Akron, complemented by advanced Master's degrees in Sports Psychology from Unisport Management School and the Barça Innovation Hub.‍At Be Your Best, Enrique serves as the Football and High Performance Specialist where he supports customer success and product development processes by sharing his football and high performance knowledge.
