Be Your Best is used by thousands of professional and amateur players and clubs across the world.
Much like our users, our team of VR and football experts are constantly looking for new ways to improve. That’s why we continuously update our app’s features, interface and capabilities.
Today, we’re excited to announce some major new updates to our VR gameplay, including kit customisation and refreshed player avatars.
Both of these updates will further improve the VR training experience and game realism of Be Your Best.
Kit Customisation
Users will be delighted to learn that they can now choose what colour kit they will wear whilst on the virtual pitch.
With our new Kit Customisation tool, users can select the colour of the team they play for to further increase the realism of their game experience and enhance their visual pattern recognition.
Users can even mimic the colours of their favourite team to fulfil those aspirational dreams of playing for their club.
Customising your kit could not be easier. Either watch our video below or follow these simple instructions to learn how.
- Select your icon (top left corner) in the VR app main menu, then click Settings.
- Once in Settings, click My Kit.
- To customise your shirt colour, shorts colour and trim colour, click on the colour circles and use your controller to select your preferred colours. You can do this for both outfield players and your goalkeeper.
- Once happy, go back to the main menu, select your training mode and start playing in your customised kit.
We expect all Be Your Best users will benefit and appreciate this new functionality, as it adds an extra layer of realism to your VR training experience.

Refreshed Player Avatars
Another exciting update we’ve made to our VR app is refreshed player avatars. Our new and improved avatars will make users' gameplay experience even more realistic and enjoyable.
With enhanced player facial features, body compositions, kits tones and textures, and even new and improved boots, the level of detail in our VR gameplay has levelled up. And it won't be our last customisation update either, so watch this space...
